Is there an attended lobby?

Yes, there is an attendant at the lobby 24/7. We offer front desk services, such as package receiving, during office hours. 265 Canal also has an overnight attendant for your added security.

Are there any additional charges?

There are no additional charges outside of your rent and pro rata share of increases in real estate taxes. Some suites include electric and HVAC, while others are charged directly from the utilities provider.

What internet is available?

We have multiple internet service providers available at 265 Canal Street. From cost conscious wireless broadband solutions to fiber, we have your needs covered.

Are pets allowed?

Yes,. we happily welcome pets at 265 Canal.

Is there a freight elevator?

There are 2 passenger elevators that service 265 Canal. Although there is no dedicated freight elevator, 1 of the passenger elevators is oversized and can handle large moves.

Are brokers protected?

Yes, full commission to outside brokers.
